GENERAL CONTRACTING • CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

As a general contractor, we specialize in small to medium-sized commercial construction projects throughout the Midwest.  Examples of past projects include freestanding restaurants, retail/office centers, and tenant build-outs. 

For our clients who have frequent building-related needs but prefer not to employ an in-house specialist, we also provide construction management services. We are able to manage all aspects of their building needs on a continuous basis, from new construction and renovations to on-going building maintenance issues.  With this type of relationship, we act as your representative to coordinate the work of all involved parties, including architects, engineers, municipal agencies, and service and maintenance providers.
