The Construction Superintendent oversees all daily construction activities of the project on-site. Responsible for the overall progress of the project, as well as the scheduling of subcontractors and the delivery of equipment and materials. Works with subcontractors to complete projects within the given budget and time frame. May perform or provide assistance with finish work requiring carpentry skills, such as door hanging, caulking, décor installation, trim installation. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Reports to Project Manager.

Requirements:
*Must have a minimum 3 years of experience supervising commercial construction projects, on-site.
*Experience building quick-serve and/or casual dining restaurants is a plus.
*Regional focus of this position requires travel throughout Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri, up to 100% of the time. 

*Fully-functional carpentry skills with a general understanding of other trades.
*Professional conduct and communication skills. Possess exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to coordinate the daily activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
*Complete and thorough understanding of construction specifications and drawings, and familiarity with a variety of construction practices.
*Independent, self-starter able to work under pressure. Motivated by customer satisfaction. “Whatever it takes” attitude.
*High level of personal integrity. Values honesty.
*Comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Projects typically last only 60-90 days on average. Someone who prefers slower-paced projects will not do well in this position.
*Sense of urgency. Deadline and detail-oriented.
*Wants to be instrumental in the growth of a company. Has an entrepreneurial/strategic mindset. Not just “looking for the next job”
*Comfortable with technology: smartphone, laptop (MS Office), email. No special construction software knowledge necessary.
*Overall desire to continuously learn and improve oneself.
