Taco Bell Renovation / Logansport: Overview

2,801 square foot “re-image” of an existing restaurant for franchisee.

Originally, this restaurant was scheduled to be closed during the entire renovation, due to the extensive amount of work involved. TMG was able to accelerate the schedule to nearly half of its original time frame to help limit the financial impact on the owner. With TMG’s strong project management experience, the accelerated schedule was met and the owner opened according to the original plan.

Project was completed on schedule and 8% under budget.
