1,420 square foot tenant improvement

Worked with developer and tenant to create a preliminary budget for the project in order to ensure feasibility

Since the tenant moved from one space to another within the same building, this project involved simultaneous construction in both the new and existing office spaces.

Tenant experienced no down-time and remained open throughout the entire process.
