· 1,964 square foot new restaurant

· Franchisee had an interest in building a store in Winchester. We partnered with a local developer and the franchisee to evaluate and recommend suitable properties and to provide budget guidelines for the negotiation process.

· Despite the weather conditions, which included three consecutive weeks of rain, we were still able to turn over this building to the owner ahead of schedule.
